Thank you so much, As you can see my old builds were really crap. So Im trying to upgrade my quality. Do you have any idea I could make the ground less flat? It looks really flat to me.

That's because it is flat.  When it comes to terraforming, it's difficult to do it after the build is finished.  It's better to build on a preterraformed plot, or just a default game-generated terrain.
