Go into the .rar file

You goto the file go into the file then copy everything. Next make an .zip folder and to make an .zip folder you goto your desk top and right click in a open space then hover your curser over the new catagory then click Compresed (zipped) folder. Last go into your .zip folder and paste the items that you copyed then you make it that people can download it! I hope this helped you! :D

And can make an .zip file because i can not download .rar files
