Hello,
this is an exploration vehicle from the videogame "Mass Effect: Andromeda".
It was designed for planetary exploration and as such performs a very similar role to the M35 Mako in previous games. However, unlike the Mako or the Hammerhead, the Nomad is not armed. The Nomad has a lot better stabilization, though, and is almost impossible to flip over. It can shift between a "four-wheel drive" mode for high speeds and a "six-wheel drive" mode for higher torque and better hill climbing capabilities. It can also call in mining drones to harvest resource rich areas. It accomodates up to four people (one driver and three passengers).
Ingame it can be customized with various skins and upgrades. I built it in its default skin "Tabula Rasa".
The wheel rims are actually silver, but sometimes the shaders made them appear black, which I thought looked even cooler, so I made them black.
This build was made in 1.21.4 and uses pale oak blocks (namely signs and trapdoors). If you paste the schematic in a version lower than 1.21.4 those blocks will not be pasted and probably be replaced with air or stone. If you would like to use this build in a version prior to 1.21.4 you can replace the pale oak trapdoors with iron trapdoors and the pale oak signs with birch signs. I just thought the pale oak trapdoors looked slightly better and not using the pale oak signs would have been a missed opportunity.
Before you paste the schematic make sure to set //perf update and neighbors to off and paste with entities (//paste -e).
Enjoy!

Yeah, I tried my best to include as many details of the "real" vehicle as possible ^^
