Need Help Making A Shop

I Just Made a new server with a spawn about 50% done and i need to get a big shop up and running.
This is not an official server (yet) only 3-5 people are on at max...eventually there will be more but for now you will need to go on the white list...this server will always be white listed and whoever makes the shop gets a full life time white-list.
I have the chest shop plugin but im not sure thats the best for a public shop.
I have been on a few servers that have some amazing shops with floating items on slabs and you click a sign.
so would be help full if who every helps knows some good shop plugins ect.
