~NEED HELP~with sever spawn

Hi,i need help making a big spawn on my sever right now i have a suckish internet that can only hold 3 players my computer is good i need sever if u guys would want to help build it with me I'm looking for people that have a good memory of star wars things because the sever is an starwars RP sever if u can host a sever for me great u will get on the team right away and when we finished i will host my own sever and u guys are welcome and will be ops or mods on my sever
i need about 5 to 12 people there are these jobs
1 planer the guy who plans every thing and schedules team builds (1 person)
2 architect the person who like the planer but draws out how it looks he/she has to know a lot about starwars (1-2)
3redstone master like the ones above but dose the red stone (1)
4 builders the pepole that build (the architects help out to ) (2-5)
5 redstone helper u need have a good thoaght of how redstone works(1-2) + 1 for pistone expert!
6 PLUGIN MASTER dose all the plugin stuff ill email u plugins before the build
