righto, I'm not sure what that means. The terrain was removed with mcedit, the floating lava and water were placed with it though otherwise the building itself was done by hand. For example, according to my statistics I've placed about 2 hundred thousand double slabs and obsidian. Perhaps I don't know enough about how mcedit works but I can't imagine it an easier method than in game construction, just a means of removing or placing a large amount of one material.
