How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

Nether Doomsday Bunker
Map in version 1.18.1

Map settings:

  • Render distance above 10 chunks
  • Set particles to minimal to reduce lag at beggining of game
  • Set noteblocks to 100%
  • Set Ambient/Environment to 0%

Make sure you are playing in Adventure

To put into Minecraft:
  1. Download world
  2. Press WINDOWS+R and enter %appdata%\.minecraft/saves
  3. Press OK
  4. Locate the folder called world inside of the main folder (should be the FIRST thing you see when you open it)
  5. Insert that folder into Minecraft/saves
  6. Load Minecraft 1.18.1, and you're done!

Do NOT spam the lever to the 3x3 piston door, IT WILL BREAK.
