Nether Portal =Dimensional Crack=

Started with the idea of having a crack in the overworld where the Nether dimension would "Corrupt" the overworld and this is was I ended up with. Added some lore that came to mind when I was designing and building this. Would love to hear yall's thoughts on this build for improvements or critiques.

Lore of Build:

One dark, scorching night, citizens of the Overworld heard a bellowing roar of a monster from mythical times. The sound of terror was followed by a deep, low pitch crumble of the world barrier. This marked the end of the golden age for the Overworld and the beginning of everlasting war between the two worlds.

The membrane of the Overworld which protected it's citizens since the dawn of time finally collapsed. Through the crack of the Overworld barrier demons of hellish nature poured into the virgin world free of sin. Pillaging, Plundering and massacring the demons, later described as the first blood wave by scholars, didn't rest until all life was drained out of the land within a fortnight walk from the breach in each direction. Through the bloodshed and horrifying sense of a cold scythe pressing against their necks; the survivors went on journeys to find strength to defeat this corrupting evil.

During the rough road the survivors traveled, they stumbled upon what they were seeking, the strength to reclaim their lands and to avenge their loved ones. A mysterious man, god like even, as one of them described, cladded from head to toe in crystal armor standing upon a mountain of corpses stood above them rekindling the survivors weary sprits and igniting the once lost desire to fight back.
