The Babbit Chemical Building
The Elevator is a functional elevator using the bLift plugin, but there is room to substitute stairs if you don't use that plugin, or to use a stargate system for the elevators (as I have done in the hospital and other buildings I have uploaded to this site).

9 floors, including domed roof area/atrium:
1. Reception
2. Ballroom
3. Cubicle area
4. Conference Area
5. Executive Office
6. Executive Office
7. Laboratory
8. Chemical testing on plants (fertilizers)
9. Chemical testing on plants (pesticides)

you should get coterie craft its a really good texture pack and it looks better than regular minecraft

even with hd patcher I couldn't get it to work on 1.2.5, and I gave up because I had to reinstall all these things in a certain order, hdpatcher, modloader, reis minimap. I gave up.
