You can't (like the tutorial said) you have to spawn them in.

U got a witherboss he attacks u with explosions balls.n u got a wither mob with a sword..didnt saw on mojang.com

There is a Wither boss (with explosion balls), and a Wither skeleton (with sword). So there are 2 different mobs.
