(Non-Compact) Command Cannon (NC-CC)

Launches tnt over 200 blocks!
Rather than loading tnt into a cannon, waiting, and then firing, why not push a button, and have the luxury of technology do the work for you?
No block placing needed, and it will launch a primed tnt over 200 blocks away (between 215-230) and you can adjust the fuse lengths, and control the firing distance by tweaking the command blocks.

Made & tested on minecraft 1.9.4
