North wall with two towers.

At the moment only 4 builds can be combined - Tower on a hill, North wall with 2 towers, House on the north wall and Northeast corner. Other structures are from the further parts of the castle, to which I haven't completed a linkage yet. To combine these, first paste Noth wall with 2 towers, then paste Tower on a hill from the north of square one and House on the north wall from the west of it. Then add NE corner from the east. You should see structure like on the map.
