NPC Upgrades - Stackable Farms

"In the decades of Testificate development in the early 31th millenium, cities and their population grew quickly. Unable to coop with bringing food and supplies from outside the city borders, a new solution was proposed; Stackable farms. By placing them near the water edge and artificially fertilizing them every year, these farm towers could yield 3 times more on a year-to-year basis than traditional farms. They were soon introduced in other cities, yet Grag'Nor has been kept mostly clear of them. Only on the edges of the city center, one can sometimes spot a farm tower."
