Welcome to Nursery Rhyme Village. Can you solve the Nursery Rhymes and help save the village from Itsy Bitsy Spider??
The nursery rhymes included are:
Jack and Jill
London Bridge
Itsy Bitsy
There was an old Woman
Mother Hubbard
Humpty Dumpty.
The map was built for American children, so for example, Incy Wincy is Itsy Bitsy. The London Bridge clue proved a bit difficult for them. Hopefully the nursery rhymes are known in many countries.
Check out the video to see it played.
Mainly aimed for children.
This was made in Minecraft Beta 1.3, so things might have changed!

Interestingly enough, I can't find a single other map on the forums with 'Nursery Rhyme' theme
Clever premise with the missing word clues - haven't seen that before
Each house has different carpet/bed colors
Found the jack & jill rhyme before going to the wall
I like the old woman's shoe, but not sure if I can break/place blocks. The ladder is broken - I suspect that's because this was made before patch 1.5(?), but I won't go up yet...
Found the patty cake rhyme before going to the wall too
Bobby shafto? (had to google that one)
Clever - the interior of Georgie Porgie's house is a cake!
Yeah - I think I'll need to chop down some trees to make ladders
And break some carpet to make a real bed
Hmm... where do I find the itsy bitsy spider... I do hear a spider somewhere at Old Macdonald's farm, but I don't think that's the clue...
I guess I will follow the Yellow Brick Road
ah ha, and I like the choice of paintings
and diamonds

Yes it was made before the ladder update, and bed update. But I've already noted that in the notes. I might update the map... to be honest I would probably just do a whole new version.
The map was made with four people in mind and I knew that they would go charging to the next clue. Rather than look around a bit. :o)
Yeah I had to do a lot of research for the whole US/UK nursery rhymes, mainly asking the father of the children who played it whether they knew them.
It's those little details though, Humpty Dumpty's backgarden, what each person has in their chest, the painting on the wall of Incy's house :o)
I hope your son does enjoy it... this feedback might have encouraged me to release version 2 ;o)
Also - you and The MineCraft Crew all have cameos in the map I just released; Mars Mission! See if you guys can find them all?
