Here it is, the Observer only multi farm.
And yes, it also works under water.
Note the start of the farm.
It starts like an old car,
because the circuit has to get up to speed first.
The farm is fast and compact
and does not need repeaters, comparators
or redstonedust.
Or a torch.

Edit: The strange thing is, the support piston only works when the Observers are pulsing at full speed. Why this is so, I do not understand. Maybe someone can explain.
