You will have to reload the cannons manually, Place redstone evertime (Leaving the last TnT block without one as it will be the one being fired) so:
(May contain more blocks than shown, Has 1 layer of obsidian under the TnT, and a 1x2 row of obsidian Covering the row of TnT)

(O = Obsidian
R = Redstone
B = Button
T = TnT)
