well I think you make it on other minecraft bedrock
But there is a system called addons for bedrock edition. Read this entire page to familiarize yourself with addons. You won't be able to make a working one first time. (unless u have experience with coding) You actually have to work for it.
Dragon_Skell, there is actually a few programs out there that you can use for creating add-ons within Minecraft bedrock, along with making models for entities and blocks for bedrock. You should check out Bridge v2 and Blockbench. Bridge v2 web-base version is supposed to able to be used directly from your phone. Also, there are helpful communities out there for both apps via discord. Their sites will link you to those.
