THIS IS ON MINECRAFT 1.9 SNAPSHOT 16w02a!
How to Install:
1) Place a command block in your world
2) In side the command block paste in the command
3) Click 'Needs Redstone' so that it's 'Always Active'
4) Press ENTER and it's installed!

What this adds:
During day butterfly's are spawned!
During night firefly's are spawned!

They'll only spawn in places with grass (Biomes like forest, plains etc. ::: NOT biomes like desert, mesa etc.)
MUST BE STANDING ON GRASS IN ORDER FOR THEM TO SPAWN!
