This model of the One World Trade Center has a overall height of 183 blocks.
It is possible to use it in a standard minecraft world with ocean layer 62. When putting it on top of this layer 10 blocks of height remain.
This model comes with complete interior!

This model is intended to fit in a normal world with ocean layer 62. In order to use most of the remaining space above I just left the spire out.
