Mars, Mars! Humanity has always dreamt of going on Mars, and in 2039 it happened, we have colonized Mars! It was a fabulous era we have colonized all the solar system and we made a lot of progress in technology! However, it didn't stay for a long time... A world war happened and a pandemia killed most of the Earth's population. During this collapse, an emergency call from one of the colony on Mars was not noticed. But, after 40 years of reconstruction, the global UN government created a space department called the International Fleet and decided to see if the colonies were still working. This map is the representation of one of the exploration of an old colony by the I.F. which was mysteriously abandoned...

Diary of the International Fleet Commander:
28 November 2080:
We arrived on the base. I have a strange feeling by seeing a structure from the age before the collapse. And another thing which marked me was the silence. It's strange, there is no report of the departure of the inhabitants and the shuttle is still here.

29 November 2080:
We discovered a strange thing at the west of the base: a huge hive-like structure. Nobody wants to volunteer to explore it, I undestand them.

30 November 2080:
I have understood what this thing is: it is an alien hive! I undestood it too late, they are attacking us. We are lost, I will ask a nuclear strike, we cannot let these creatures destroy our civilisation. Goodbye...
