This is my current project, which is also being used as the flat5 spawn building on BeastsMC creative (c.BeastsMC.com).

I'm not quite done yet - the back gardens are still empty, and some areas are in need of detail.

No schematic right now - we like to keep our spawns as unique as possible, and having the download available makes it really easy for other servers to copy and use it.
When we retire this spawn in favor of a new one, I'll post a schematic for it. ;)
