I have taken up the task of creating the whole of the country of "Panem" from the popular series "The Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins.

Additional Notes

Starting with the Capitol, I will create all 13 districts and a hunger games arena all connected with the supersonic rail tracks.

Panem is the country not the world its loacated in north America so if you find a map that has recreated the usa then you should use that :3
