Partially Submerged Condo

It seems like all my recent inspiration has been coming from modern builds.
I'm not complaining, I have really been enjoying the change.

The initial plan was to build a hillside home in a desert or mesa.
However, the Minecraft-powers-that-be (aka my spawn point generator) decided otherwise and you are receiving an ocean build instead.

I was so excited to use the Granny's Corner CIT pack and I'll definitely be using it in the future; it's so cute.
