Did you download the map? if you did there should be two levers and above them shold be an item frame with a book and the other has a dye.flip the lever and your good if you want to turn it off just flip the lever again here is the command /execute @p ~ ~ ~ particle reddust ~ ~1.5 ~ 1 1 1 100 50 also connect the command block to a clock
 you can do any of the particles in game reddust is my fav thou hope this helped if not then i will post a video on it :D
