The MBM-1 Pegasus, a SRBM, is capable of flying over a distance of ~1000km. The cost per unit is about 5.000.000$ . Actually there are 159 in force of the USM Army.
And for the bunker, I don't think that staying 5-10 meters from a lauching rocket is safe, but details.
