Skins for Custom NPCs
On Windows, search for %appdata% and go to .Minecraft folder
Go to customnpcs folder (create this and other folders if they don't exist)
In customnpcs folder, go to assets folder
In assets folder go its customnpcs folder, then in there to textures folder
In textures folder, go to entities folder
Extract my two skin folders into the entities folder

The original map has no mods, the modded version in the description is for minecraft 1.12.2 and requires having the custom npc mod
