This is a storage tank used at the Pilot Travel Center off of I-95 in Springfield, Blaine County. This was built 100% by me and based off a real storage tank used at Pilot Travel Centers.

sure thing ! it's hard to start out on pmc with a new city because people think you won't push through and it will never end anyways lol ... I think to get support on a city is hard but damn I support you and your ambitious project because the only thing stopping a person from pushing through is others thinking you can't do it ... so ima be here to support the heck out of springfield :D
