A schematic is a part of that world taken out of it, which can then be imported in other worlds, which is usually done with programs like MCEdit. Schematics are very handy, as they allow you to simply copy paste other builds into your existing worlds without having to create a new one.
The mini game isn't my idea, but I have no idea where I saw it first, as I've seen tons of people play it, but I'm guessing disco did it first?
