Very unorthodox system for an elevator but is pretty simple to make for yourself. It is the way it is because of the fact that pistons stacked on top of each other dont really work right. So I figured why not just do it this way.
This elevator is far from finished. I only have the very first concept design done and am now working out all of the kinks. After that I am going to try and compact it as much as possible and clean it up and give it a nice building. Only after that will I call it done.

Getting closer as I work towards a more efficient elevator. All thats left to do is make it work in a real setting such as a multi-level building.

The elevator mechanic is officially done, I decided that it just wasn't an elevator unless it went up AND down. My next and final task is to make a building for the elevator to reside in.

The process of designing and manufacturing an elevator is now done, with the added bonus that it can go up AND down. The elevator in the latest picture(v1.2) is perfect except for one minor flaw that I couldnt find a cure for. The second piston in the sequence gets stuck open after being activated and must be broken to be reset each time. But Im sure this is just a bug and should not be a problem for the final elevator that Im placing in a building that Ill make
