Imagine the house wasn't there. That was just for the roleplay at the start. This is for a tree farm you may have, with warning signs "DONT KILL MA TREES!" When the griefer wonders in and destroys them anyway, he gets his reward. Lovely lava.

True, but still, the griefer has to be standing in the correct spot for it to work. if he's standing on the wrong block, he won't get killed by it.
