How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

This is my first modded pixelmon map this is a 1player map but you can use 2players or more this map well be updated.
You well need pixelmon 3.4 or higher.

This update adds:

added first part.
added pokemon trainer/gold
added Zorua
added chat commands
added rules
added your starter pokemon
added checkpoints

Bugs:
checkpoints not working 100%
checkpoint spawning you in the rong place

Just working on part 2 now and 2player minigames and the easter egg  maybe 1 or 2 easter eggs try to find them :)
