This is the Planet Killer from the TOS episode doomsday machine. The plan is to make it larger but not full scale since minecraft does not have a high enough sky limit.
WARNING
There are cannons inside the planet killer but since I used world edit to copy and paste them, there dispensers will be messed up. Make sure all dispensers face inwards over the water and that they all have tnt!
