Here's to finally answering your question: WorldPainter is a 2D-type terraforming program for minecraft. Terraforming is when you create landscapes by moving the ground around.

You know, caves in World Painter aren't very awesome. Do not let them "break the surface". I am expert with World Painter. I could tell a lot of Painter tricks.
