The Pochelon Building was a historic six-story Neo-Gothic structure formerly located at 815 Bates St. in downtown Detroit, Michigan. It was completed in 1923 and demolished in September 2023 to make way for the Development at Cadillac Square (formerly known as the Monroe Blocks project) by Bedrock, Dan Gilbert’s real estate firm.
