Point Campus

Biography: Point campus is a beautiful small village, just by nthe ocean. It's a half-island with a strict, but great structure. It's nsplit up in four main areas; 1) Rules and regulation area, 2) market narea, 3) residental area and 4) industrial area. The structure is only none of the factors that makes a stabile and powerful town. We also have nan advanced redstone system, that supports the whole city with nelectricity. All the credit for the generator goes to Craaft. Also we nare a big economic faction. with the economic leader dr_superfail all nthe right decisions will be made. Our field marshal gladoos is also a ngreat miner and has brought us a lot of success.

External information:

Bank: We have a great bank. It's a boat and our trustworthy nmember dr_superfail is boss there. If you have some important/pricey nstuff you don't want anyone to steal, feel free to set up a bank naccount. We can ensure it won't get stolen. The only person that can naccess the chests is dr_superfail. All chests will be secured with n/cprivate And /cpassword.

Automated farms: We have a treefarm, reedfarm, wheatfarm and a ncactus farm. All farms are automatic and here is a little quick on how nto use them.

Treefarm: In the treefarm you toggle the lever so the rail won't nglow anymore. Then you right-click on the cart and take the wood you nwan't. Be sure to allways leave at least one stack os each type of nsapling.

Reedfarm: In the reedfarm you just walk up to the chest on the second floor and take whatever you want/need.

Wheatfarm: In the wheatfarm you toggle the lever and wait for the cart to stop. Click it and take the wheat you need. Leave the seeds

Cactusfarm Just climb down the ladder and wait for cactus to come. It might not be very effective and fast, but it works very well.

Rules

n1) Obey all rules nobility has allredy set (griefing, stealing ect, ect).

n2) You may only build houses in the residental area. If you make a housen anywhere else we will tear it down. This is your only warning!!

n3) Your building plot may be 20x20 at maximum. If you want external nplot, you must send a pm with these factors: Why do you need a bigger nplot for your house/garden? What are you going to use it to? Where are nyou going to extend (direction). How many blocks do you need extended.

n4) You are not allowed to make private mines. We have a perfect ncommunity mine, which we have used much time to construct. It's located nin the industrial area.

n5) shops can only be set up on a dock in the market area. Every dock nplatform is 16x16 (a chunk). We want to keep it this way so we don't nneed to use so much power to claim them.
