So after a long break, having to work and what not, I'm back, still trying the build a full scale Gotham City. I'm working on the Court of Owls maze too, but I decided to put out this building now. The Powers building is owned by the Powers family and shown in the City of Owls New 52 Batman story line. I've chosen to place it in Old Gotham, not too far from the entrance to the Court of Owls maze. I have yet to do any interior on it, mostly because I need to practice more on that aspect.

Of course, there are no buildings around the Powers building. I've decided that it will be up to the community to send me builds to fill in Gotham City with buildings not displayed in the comics. I'm hoping this will give a good variety to the background buildings, as well as make the goal achievable. Credit will, as should be expected, be given where due for these buildings. Right now I'll be searching for buildings to fill up Old Gotham. There's plenty of room (1 mile by 2 mile) in Old Gotham, so I'm excited to see it fill up!

Note: Tell me what you guys think of the Chunky render and how to improve it, I'm using a laptop so I can't do anything too crazy, but it is my first render and I was a little overwhelmed by the program.
