Have you ever imagined living in a dark and shady city with the only light are neon signs and commercial billboards of huge corporations? The place, where people never see the sunshine, not only because of the smog. The cradle of all the backstage games played by criminal syndicates and corrupted authorities. Persecution of replicants, which are even more human than human. Eating ramen in a dirty Chinese eatery or living luxury life of elite - now it is your time to choose.
The idea is all about making a server with players to control most (or even all) of the aspects of the plot development.
Two races: replicant or human - each one has its own benefits (e.g. replicant have better abilities and characteristics like health, strength etc., but haven't got citizenship, so they have to make fake documents) so they will have different styles of gameplay.
Property: a large choice of apartments and unique commercial areas to run your own business.
Events: that will affect on the plot (e.g. terroristic act made by players that will lead to riots, more stricter laws etc.)
Flexible communication: with the administrators who will consider applications on the forum for these events and provide all the necessary things to make it happen.

I only suggest this idea and if there is a studio/team who would like to use it - I would love to join for the development.
