My motivation:
About a month ago I re-entered the World of Minecraft after quitting for a while to puesue other pointless activities. Upon my return I wanted to make something different, something I personally haven't really seen before on Minecraft. A coral reef. It began with making a few ship wrecks however my ambitions eventually expanded into making a large atmospheric caribbean oceon. Fully equip with pirate ships, sealife, shipwrecks, colonial ships, and even a frickin Kraken (which we never got around to finishing, it's face is currently slightly to kiwi).
My fellow builders:
The smaller ship was created by Jackot45 who tours it on his YouTube channel, whether he'll post a download is down to him, however I intend to release all my builds once I get around to finishing them.

The kraken itself was made by Cocofox
My ships:
I created these ships using the conquest texture pack due to the hundreds of additional textures provided. However even with the texture pack I couldn't have made these ships without being inspired by other builders here on PMC who's work I studied before attempting my own ships.
My current project on PMC: http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/desert-city-3268786/
I unfortuantly can't say that a single one of my ships is yet finished. I haven't planned out my interior yet. I have just been dragged into different persuits such as my desert build which I personally am much more engaged in. Saying this, I have full intention on finishing these ships, and hopefully the entire coral reef as soon as I am wrapped up with my other project.
The larger pirate ship is missing a back sail, I just realised, this is due to world edit problems when I flipped the hull of the ship to save me repeating it manually.
