*Story*

*About the map*
This map is a little bit of a hybrid between adventure and survival. At the same time, there is a kind of mini game aspect gone into it. You have to catch fish and have the choice to either sell or cook for food. I don't really want to explain the map particularly because I prefer players to explore and discover for themselves. There are TONS of places to fish,ranging from rivers to ponds to a volcano.

*Making the map*

This world was built and generated with the ability to fish in mind. When I originally thought up the
concept of this map, I wanted it to have a volcano filled with water. I also did not want a mini-game as there are already plenty of
fishing mini-games.

*The original world*

I made the world in WorldPainter. The first attempt failed as I made it 1024 blocks square big.It took about 45-50 seconds to fly from 1 end of the island to the other. Therefore, I reduced the size and remapped the entire thing to a compact 640-by-640.
I started with the volcano in the middle and then the lakes and rivers running through the island. Occasionally I took geographical sense into count.

*Adding the details*

Anything after the finalized world generation is done BY HAND.This includes the Crystal Crater,the Garden of Pillars,trees in the volcano and the village.There was NO WorldEdit used in any point of time during the making of this map.Heck,even the long grass and some of the trees were bonemealed by hand.

*Summary*
It's been an adventure on it's own creating this map. I hope the players will enjoy playing as much as I enjoyed building.
