This expansive project began as me building a lighthouse, and then a small hotel, and then some boats, and so on until it grew to its current state.  I have a lot more planned for this.  Two of the boats offshore are not mine, and belong to PMC user Thomas22

Works in 1.8 and up!
Use the accompanied texture pack or else a lot of things will look/sound not so great!!
