Hello everyone.
Today i would like to present one of my most favourite works what I like to still use for my own needs.
i'm very proud of this house as it's one of first modern style builds for me.
I would like to give out this project but with one condition - try to keep my name on it.
the texture is - "John Smith v9.7"
and mostly i use only this texture.
once more - keep it safe,and have fun.

I don't like the big flat roof part, also the windows are too large for my taste. There are some good depth's in this build and pretty nice use of colors. Overall you created a very liveable house there.
Presentation is very nice btw :)
Yes, the flat roof is part where i got stuck too, but back in time when i built it, i was so obsessed with this idea - to make one modern house,that i just didn't want to remake over and over.
maybe in future.

Keep it up, it's rare to see such nice work with so many good pictures (The ratio as compared to crappy work, per say).
