UPDATED VERSION: Pumpkin Party Remastered

PumpkinParty is a Halloween-Themed Map with 6 Minigames and a few neat additions you can compete in to determine who of your friends wins Halloween ;)

The Map needs a Custom Resourcepack which you can find here.

The 6 Minigames are:

  • Shooting Gallery
  • Pumpkin Carving
  • Graveyard Mayhem
  • Brewing Contest
  • Spider Run
  • Trick or Treat



This map has Costumes, Minigames, Candies, EasterEggs... Nothing more to be desired. Have fun competing with your friends :)

- added Trick or Treat Minigame
- added the option to play one single-game instead of all of them
- now clicking a sign will first explain what game you'll be playing and then ask you to click on text in chat to actually start that game.
- added Evoker Costume
- fixed the sign in the shooting gallery game to actually cycle through both stages, instead of appearing in second stage already.

In the brewing minigame, the frogs died instantly

but everything else worked just fine? do you maybe have neutral mobs disabled? I've never seen that problem ever before..

Hi,
As soon as I import this map I am getting a lot of errors.
First, it was just "no objective was found by the name 'players', over and over.
The spawn point worked and so did the tp and blindness command.
However, once I reached the actual mansion none of the signs work and I am getting multiple errors:
"no objective was found by the name 'costume'"
"Wither: Entity '@p[r=5]' cannot be found" this is for a lot of the entities including your entity
"<<<Warp to Costume Wardrobe>>>: Entity '@p[r=5]' cannot be found"
The terminal is also telling me that it couldn't load any advancements.

I have tried deleting and reloading, nothing is working.
I obviously have commands turned on to get all of these errors.

what @dragonmaster95 said. those plugins likely override the functionality of many of the commands, stopping the map from working the way it is intended, as the commands aren't able to execute properly. The only safe way to run this map is putting it on a vanilla server in version 1.12 (or 1.12.1 or 1.12.2)

Most vanilla maps with commands don't work on Bukkit servers, due to Bukkit either overwriting certain commands.




I would recommend playing this on a pure vanilla server without Bukkit/Spigot, then everything should work fine.




(I know, this is annoying for both map makers as well as players who want to play those maps)

Hello! So I put this map into a server, and I went to play it with my friend but it isnt working. Whenever we try and play a game it says Trigger lbb_gameTrigger is not enabled. I really want to play this map

Also make sure to play this on a server without Bukkit/Spigot (they tend to break most maps with command blocks).

hello,


are you sure you enabled commandblocks in the server? sounds like a reason why the trigger wouldn't be enabled.


if you have indeed enabled commandblocks, then that is a very strange bug. if you click a sign it should enable the trigger for you. if that won't work, try setting the lbb_gameTrigger score of one of you to one of the following:


1 - arcade/party; 2 - Spider Run; 3 - Pumpkin Carving; 4 - Shooting Gallery; 5 - Brewing Contest; 6 - Graveyard Mayhem; 7 - Trick or Treat
