I've uploaded this Minecraft Forums too.
This is a custom map named "Puzzle Prison". I'm not going to write very much here since almost everything is in the "Read_Me.txt" file that you get if you download the map.
IMPORTANT: When you first start the map, you need to sleep... but it's day, just write in the chat like this: /Time set night
