New Changes: Added Killstreaks!
3 Kills in a row = 20 sec of Regeneration.
4 Kills in a row = 15 sec of blindness and slowness for other players.

Notes:
DO NOT USE BUKKIT!
Make Sure You have Mobs Off!
Make sure You have Command Blocks ON!
Make sure everyone is Oped!

If the game does not count your kill it is not my fault it is Minecraft's. The person who gets the most hits on the other player with a sword or a bow gets the kill.
