Click on "Minecraft World Save" to get the command.


I wrote a command that adds quarries to your vanilla minecraft world. This creation works in all 1.9.x versons (and of course 1.9 snapshots).
This creation supports multiple quarries in the same world!

Crafting recipes:

Quarry: place a dispenser facing up and while you're standing on it insert the following items.

When you placed your quarry, fill it with the following items:

One last step before starting: place a daylight detector on top of the quarry to power it. Now it should start to dig!
If you want to make it dig faster, drop a lava bucket near it.

- command  length: 30'216 characters 
- maximum command block space:  32'767 characters 

-Time spent to make this command: about 9 hours

Is there a way for me to adjust the speed of the quarry besides with lava buckets. I mean in the command what numbers should I change so it mines faster? Also is it possible to increase the range?

Guys, this works in 1.9 SNAPSHOTS. In 1.9 there is a bug.

When you activate the command, go to the command blocks in this picture and break the glass to access them. Then, paste this command into the bottom block and this command into the top block.

Problem solved! :)

it wont work. I did the exact same thing you did in the video but it wont spawn when I press the button on the command block, if anyone has found a solution to this please tell me. this command looks really cool!

wont work for me i get all the items in the quarry and it wont change into the other block. I dont know why it wont work.

it doesn't work for me...
I get stuck when I place the carpets & iron bars & coal in the "Quarry" nothing happens..
