This is Quartz Heights, my current build. It's probably gonna turn out to be an office building or something, but I'm not completely sure of that because of the rooftop garden. If you take a close look around the building at night, you'll notice something weird: there's no lighting (save some torches on the garden) but the building is suprisingly well-lit!
