Added Creditdoku craft for texture pack

After a few hours of tinkering with redstone, I finally managed to make a questing system that will
-repeat the guidelines until you complete the quest
-count how many items you put in for quests with multiple items
-go to a second quest after completing the first
-use the same turn in area
this will be in my new map the wither war (in progress) and I will probably use MCedit to copy/paste it everywhere because this took forever :P. Thanks for viewing.
