Raid Tunnel for Streamers



A fun idea for your live stream Minecraft worlds!



This is the template for a raiders tunnel you can use in your Minecraft worlds.
It is easily expandable and the block palette can be whatever you choose!

I came up with this concept as a way to thank other channels that raid into me while I live stream on Twitch.



If the raiding channel owner has a Minecraft IGN, I use this with a command block to get their head
and put it on an armor stand. Alternately, you can use mods like Straw Statues or Statues Classic
and edit their IGN this way to display their skin.

For multiple raids, I use an ore block system. Each raid, you upgrade their block starting with Redstone.



It is a nice way to thank the channel that raids in, but also a nice way for you to make a memory with them. It reinforce your abililty to remember their name and it encourages community.

Any new version of minecraft should work with the blocks, but command block
commands will vary with older versions.

This is a fantastic way not only for the streamers to easily acknowledge the people that raid (or other applications this makes possible), it it lovely from a viewer perspective.
If I arrive on a raid and see the channel I arrived from acknowledged in this way it shows me that my presence by proxy is appreciated as well.

It is also wonderful to see efforts made to show appreciation in this. Gratitude goes a long way.

On top of that, it is a lovely build on its on accord, and would also be enjoyable to explore on an 'end of season download' kind of thing that really hits a strong nostalgia spot as well.
