Seem interesting and disapointing at the same time, I have built ranch homes, bungalows and many other things like that in the past and even now (I am currently building a town with retro houses on TBS). The best thing to do realistic houses is to know how it look and what is the floorplan, when I am building, I always take houses I found on Internet. I recommend you to go see my town on TBS for inspiration (it is pretty far from the Htt realism) but it will give you an idea. Anyway, this is pretty nice I hope you'll do more houses
