How I Made This Map:
I spawned in a bunch of bats with resistance called "Block"
as they flew around and away, I did /execute @e[name=Block] ~ ~ ~ /setblock ~ ~ ~ (whatever block I wanted)

at first, I used spread players, but it did not work :(
